What Makes PTO Different for Weddings
You get Tilman, not a temp. Most bartending services for weddings use staffing agencies — you don’t know who’s showing up until the day of your event. When you book Paid Time Off, you book Tilman directly. He’ll be at your tasting, your venue walkthrough, and behind your bar on your wedding day.
Signature cocktails designed for you. PTO’s Full Pour package includes 2–3 custom signature cocktails designed around your wedding’s theme, palette, or story. Named after you, your venue, or your moment. Printed on menu cards at every bar station.
No surprises on the day. Pre-event consultation, venue coordination, alcohol quantity planning — all handled in advance so your wedding day bar runs without a hitch from the first pour to the last call.
Recommended Package for Weddings
Most wedding clients choose The Full Pour or The Full Bar Experience:
- The Full Pour ($150/hr + $225 flat fee, 5-hr minimum) — labor, full equipment, custom signature cocktail design, printed menus, pre-event consultation, and venue day-of coordination. Typical total: $975–$1,975.
- The Full Bar Experience (Full Pour + alcohol + 18% procurement fee) — completely turnkey. PTO handles alcohol shopping, delivery, and inventory. You provide nothing except the guest list. Minimum event revenue: $1,500+.
The DMV Wedding Market
Washington DC weddings average $57,000–$70,000 — among the highest in the country. Paid Time Off is priced for the premium DMV wedding market: mid-range to premium service ($85–$150/hr) that reflects real expertise, not staffing-agency pricing. We serve DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia venues.
How to Book
Weddings book 6–18 months in advance. The earlier you reach out, the more planning time we have together. A 25% deposit secures your date; the remaining balance is due 7 days before the wedding.
