    What Happens Next

    1. We confirm availability — within 48 hours of your inquiry, Tilman will respond with availability for your date.
    2. Quick consultation call — a 15-minute call to talk through your event, guest count, venue, and what you’re looking for from the bar.
    3. Custom quote — based on your event details, you’ll receive a clear, itemized quote with the right package recommendation.
    4. Deposit to hold the date — a 25% non-refundable deposit locks in your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
    5. Pre-event planning — for Full Pour and Full Bar Experience bookings, we’ll schedule a pre-event consultation to finalize your cocktail menu, alcohol quantities, and logistics.
    6. Your event — Tilman arrives early, sets up the bar, and handles everything from first pour to last call.

    Common Questions

    How far in advance should I book?
    Weddings: 6–18 months out. Corporate events: 2–8 weeks. Private parties: as short as a week with availability. Holiday party season (Nov–Dec) books early — reach out by October.

    Do you provide the alcohol?
    Our Full Bar Experience tier includes full alcohol procurement — we shop, deliver, and manage inventory. All other tiers include equipment and labor; you provide the alcohol or we can advise on quantities and sourcing.

    What areas do you serve?
    Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. No travel fee within the 25-mile core radius. Travel available for events further out — ask us.

    Are you insured?
    Yes — PTO carries full liquor liability and general liability insurance. Documentation available for venue coordinators on request.
